Shipping & Returns
All products are shipped via UPS. Apparel is shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on your shipping choice. Orders are charged a flat rate and fee per item to calculate the final shipping cost. Shipping time is dependent upon shipping destination. Please note that all items are custom ordered and incur shipping time both to our studio and from our studio to you. Therefore, we estimate 7-10 business days from the date of purchase before any orders are shipped from our gallery.
We currently do not ship international orders. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Due to the custom nature of each individual work of art, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.
For Apparel Only:
We do not accept returns. However, if you need to exchange for a different size please contact us via email at email@example.com within 7 business days of your order. Once we send you a return notice, you can ship the unworn t-shirt back, and we will ship you a new t-shirt. You are responsible for the shipment fees for sending the t-shirt back to us, and a $5 charge for us to ship back the new t-shirt. If the t-shirt returned has been worn or has been damaged, we will not accept it as an exchange.
